1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Examaxis you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Examaxis.

2. The Service

Examaxis provides IT certification exam practice questions, detailed explanations, and study resources for cloud and infrastructure certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CompTIA, Cisco, and others). Free questions are available without a purchase; additional question banks are unlocked via one-time per-topic payments.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Examaxis.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract question content from Examaxis beyond normal product use.
• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased question banks without permission.
• Use the service for harassment, hate speech, or illegal purposes.
• Resell or sublicence access to Examaxis without written permission.

5. Payments

• Topic unlocks are one-time purchases processed via Dodo Payments. There are no recurring subscriptions.
• All fees are shown in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Purchased topics grant you lifetime access to that topic's question bank under your account.
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not answered more than 10% of the unlocked questions. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing purchases are unaffected.

6. Free Questions

Every topic includes a set of free practice questions available without purchase. Free questions are subject to change as question banks are updated. No credit card is required to access free content.

7. Intellectual Property

Examaxis and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Question content and explanations are proprietary. You grant us no rights to your account data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Examaxis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice questions will match any specific exam or that using the platform will result in passing any certification. Exam formats and objectives are controlled by third-party certification bodies and may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Examaxis's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Examaxis is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
